Agent executions, workflow test runs, and webhook delivery logs provide a trace of what the system attempted. Export or snapshot these periodically if your compliance program requires long-term retention beyond product defaults.
Who can see what
- Dashboard users: governed by team roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer, Approver).
- API keys: inherit full org API scope—issue least-privilege keys only to trusted systems (keys are all-or-nothing per org today).
Retention
Align DripPulse logs and CRM-side audit fields with your legal retention schedule. Delete or anonymize downstream copies when obligations expire.
