Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between API requests and AI requests?
API requests are any calls to DripPulse endpoints (creating workflows, fetching data, etc.). AI requests are workflow steps that use AI models (analyze, email generation, parsing). AI requests cost more to operate, so they are tracked separately.
What can I do with 100 AI requests on the Free plan?
Roughly 25–100 items per month depending on workflow depth—for example qualify ~50 leads at 2 AI steps each, or ~100 invoices at 1 step. Template-based workflow steps that don’t call the AI stack don’t consume AI requests.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime; changes apply immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my AI request limit?
On Free you’ll hit limits (e.g. 429) until the next cycle or an upgrade. On Pro and Premium you can buy overage at $10 / $8 per thousand extra AI requests.
Which AI models do you use?
Free and Pro default to Claude Haiku; Pro can use GPT-4o-mini. Premium gets GPT-4o or Claude Sonnet. Enterprise can use any model, including custom fine-tuned options.
Is there a free trial?
Paid plans include a 14-day trial. Starting Free does not require a card; see the product pricing page for current signup flow.
What’s your refund policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on qualifying paid purchases.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
Yes—about 50% off for nonprofits, education, and many open-source projects. Contact us for details.
Can I self-host DripPulse?
Enterprise customers can deploy on-premise or in their cloud, with deployment support.
How does billing work for teams?
Pro includes 5 team members; Premium includes unlimited. On Pro, extra seats are $15/member/month after the first five.
